Here are pages I altered in Rebekah Hodous' book as part of a round robin.

BEFORE:
Albrecht Durer, circa 1471-1528, painted countless masterpieces including many religious paintings. This piece, the massacre of 10,000 Christians was filled with images of death and dying. This shows the painting before altering.

AFTER:
To make a more visually pleasing (in my opinion) painting, I covered up all the horrible stuff using various papers and pieces cut from magazines. Here is my altered version.

AFTER:
The book on Durer also showed a close-up of one section of the painting, so you can see all the torture in detail. This I altered, too.

A CLOSER LOOK:
Seven things were added to this painting. Can you locate them?

BEFORE:
Here's a famous painting of Adam and Eve.

AFTER:
How could I pass up on the opportunity of putting clothes on Adam and Eve?

BEFORE:
If Adam & Eve can get new outfits . . .

AFTER:
. . . these gals can get new hairdos!
