When I found the image
of the horse I thought it would go nicely with the country theme
of the book. THEN I stumbled across this particular paragraph
in the book and realized I found the perfect place to put my
horse. |
Here, I interpreted a
paragraph from the book. Using paste-papers for extra flair,
I added cut-out images of foods mentioned in the text. I found
the picture of stuffed green peppers in a 1960s cookbook. |
Because the book takes
place in farm country, I dedicated this two-page spread to farm
animals. |
